Natalie is Head of Content & Business Development at Landmark Theatres, responsible for Marketing, Sales, Fundraising, and Business Development across the organisation. She has a background in Ticketing and Audience Development, and previously worked at Arts Council England, bringing valuable insight into arts development to inform Landmark’s evolving business model. Natalie is passionate about data-driven approaches, widening access to cultural experiences, and supporting organisational growth. She is committed to finding dynamic and innovative ways for theatres to thrive in a changing cultural landscape.

Jag has dedicated his 25+ year professional career to venue management and has worked in multiple leisure & hospitality businesses across both the commercial & private sector. Graduating university with a Master’s in Business Administration, Jag is now the dedicated general manager of both the Key Theatre and the New Theatre in Peterborough. Providing motivation and direction to his incredible team, he strives to always deliver excellent service to ensure business resilience.

Head of Finance
Victoria is a Chartered Management Accountant with a background in the charity and not-for-profit sector. Victoria was previously Head of Finance at Contact Theatre in Manchester, where she was part of the project team managing a £7m rebuild of the theatre. Other roles include Head of Finance & Resources at Farms for City Children, Director of Finance & Support Services at St Ann’s Hospice and Finance Director at Circus Starr as well as posts with the Scottish Chamber Orchestra and the Hallé Orchestra. In her spare time she helps to run Bovey Paradiso, a community-driven multi-arts venue in Bovey Tracey, Devon.

With over 26 years of experience in the industry, David brings extensive expertise in line producing across a wide range of project scales. He is deeply passionate about pantomime, recognising it as a foundational theatrical experience for many audiences.
